It is Time: For a New Perspective
February WIN Gathering
February WIN Gathering
What is perspective? Simply put, it is a point of view. Many times, due to whatever circumstances confront us, our perspective becomes skewed and unrecognizable. Our vision tends to blur and dim and clarity is almost null and void. When this happens, we see the glass half empty, rather than half full. When this happens, we lose focus and become distracted. When this happens, things, typically, just don't make sense.
Wake up, WOG!! Shake yourself!! It is time to renew your perspective!! If you find yourself struggling with negative discouragements and "stinking thinking", begin to direct your focus on God's Word. Your perspective will greatly improve.
The Bible is fraught with many examples of those, who changed their perspective (Gen. 50:20). Regardless of all that we encounter or experience, God takes it and uses it for our ultimate betterment (Rom. 8:28). Nothing lost, nothing wasted. He's so awesome!!
So, when you begin to question the twists and angles of your life, remember Jer. 29:11. When you are compassed about on every side, remember Psa. 23:6. When you feel lost, alone and depressed, remember Lam. 3:58.
God's ways are His alone (Isa. 55:8-9). The Apostle Paul let's us know that in all, we are more than conquerors through Christ (Rom. 8:37). Once we choose to trust and believe God, we can stand boldly, confidently and unfalteringly on His promises (II Cor. 1:20). Take heed! The vision is vast and we must be able to see it, unencumbered!!
